This Privacy Policy defines the handling of user information in the mobile
application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) provided by Zenith Groove App
Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
The items related to premium features and recurring subscriptions described in
this Privacy Policy include features that are currently under preparation or
planned to be implemented in some versions of this App. The actual available
features shall be subject to the display within the App.
The App collects the following information to provide better services to users
and to maintain and improve the App’s functionality.
– Account Information: We obtain the email address, user ID, and profile
picture of your Google account for user authentication and account
management.
– Household Budget Data: Information entered by the user regarding income, expenses, fixed costs, and lifestyle. This data is used solely for simulations, calculating improvement plans, and generating AI diagnostic reports based on the user‘s explicit consent (for details, please refer to “3. c) AI Service Integration”).
– Usage Data: Usage frequency, duration of stay, feature utilization history,
and performance data.
– Device Information: IP address, device type, OS version, language settings,
and timezone.
c) Premium Features and Payment Information When using the premium features of
this App, users make payments through in-app purchases (payment functions of the
Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The service provider retains information
regarding the success or failure of payments and subscription expiration dates
(including anonymized identifiers provided by the payment platforms) to manage
the scope of premium features. Direct payment information, such as credit card
numbers, is not stored on the service provider’s servers.
d) Advertising Identifiers and Ad-Related Data (Added) For displaying
advertisements in the free version, we collect mobile advertising identifiers
(IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), ad impression/click history, and product
interaction data.
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
– To Provide and Operate the App: To manage subscription info, aggregate
expenses, send payment alerts, calculate performance scores, and provide
payment simulation features. Also used for user authentication and
identification.
– To Improve and Develop the App: To analyze usage patterns to enhance App
functionality and user friendliness. To resolve bugs and maintain security.
– To Create and Provide Marketing and Statistical Data: To combine user
demographic data (gender, age group, current status) with subscription usage
data to generate statistical data processed in a format that cannot identify
specific individuals. Such statistical data may be provided to third
parties, such as subscription service operators, as marketing data (see “3.
Sharing and Third-Party Provision” for details).
– Cross-referencing with Economic Trends: To match collected household data
with public economic trend data to provide individually optimized
simulations and improvement actions.
– To Manage Premium Features and Billing: To verify access privileges for paid
services (premium features) and manage the user’s current subscription
status.
– To Deliver, Optimize, and Measure Ads (Added): To display relevant,
personalized advertisements in the free version based on user interests, and
to measure ad performance.
In principle, the service provider does not provide personally identifiable
information to third parties without the user’s prior consent, except in the
following cases:
a) Provision of Statistical Data:
The service provider aggregates and
analyzes demographic and usage data obtained from users, processes it into
anonymized statistical data, and may provide it to third parties, such as
subscription service providers and partner companies, for market research
and service improvement purposes.
b) Provision to Subcontractors:
When outsourcing operations such as App
development, operation, data storage, and analysis to trusted third parties
(such as cloud service providers), information may be provided within the
necessary scope. In such cases, the subcontractors will act under the
service provider’s instructions and implement appropriate safety measures.
c) AI Service Integration:
For the sole purpose of automatically generating personalized household financial diagnoses and advice reports, this App securely transmits user-inputted financial numerical data (including net income and category-specific expenses; excluding any personally identifiable information such as name or email address) to a third-party AI model service, Google LLC (Gemini API), via encrypted communication. Under the official API privacy policies of Google LLC, it is guaranteed that the transmitted data will not be used for Google‘s service improvements or AI model training.
d) Legal Demands:
Information may be disclosed within the scope permitted by
law, such as when disclosure is required by law or necessary for the
protection of human life, body, or property.
The App utilizes Google account authentication (Firebase Authentication) but
does not read, scan, or store your email contents using the Gmail API.
Furthermore, the App does not access your data on Google Drive or other Google
storage services.
– Uninstalling the App: By uninstalling the App, the collection of information
from the device will immediately stop.
– Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of user data stored on the
servers by using the account deletion feature within the App or by
contacting the inquiry desk below. Please note that simply uninstalling the
App does not delete your cloud-stored data.
– Tracking Limitation (Added): You can restrict personalized ads or reset your
advertising identifiers from your mobile device’s settings (e.g., “Allow
Apps to Request to Track” on iOS, “Delete Advertising ID” on Android).
The service provider retains data during the period the user uses the App, and
within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes. Upon request for account
deletion or after a long period of inactivity, the data will be deleted or
anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or
guardian becomes aware that their child has provided information without
consent, please contact the inquiry desk below. We will handle it promptly.
The service provider implements appropriate physical, electronic, and
administrative safety measures, such as SSL/TLS communication encryption and
access restrictions, to prevent user information from being lost, stolen,
misused, or accessed without authorization.
This policy may be updated from time to time. If significant changes are made,
we will notify you within the App or through other appropriate methods.
Continued use of the App after changes are made will be deemed as consent to the revised policy.
The App includes premium features (paid subscriptions) that offer deeper
analysis and personalized advice in addition to free basic features.
– Auto-Renewal: Premium features automatically renew unless auto-renewal is
turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
– Managing Subscriptions: Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time
via their Apple ID or Google Account settings.
In the free version of the App, we use “Google AdMob”, an ad distribution
service provided by third parties, to maintain and develop our services.
– Google AdMob may automatically collect data such as mobile advertising
identifiers (IDFA / AAID) and device information to personalize and deliver
ads, and to measure performance.
– For details regarding the handling of information collected by Google AdMob
and how to opt out, please review Google’s privacy policy at:
