This Privacy Policy sets forth the handling of user information in the mobile application (hereinafter “the App”) provided by Zenith Groove App Service (hereinafter “the Service”).
The sections regarding premium features and subscriptions in this policy may include features currently under development or scheduled for future updates. Actual features available are as displayed within the App.
The App collects the following information to provide better services and to maintain and improve the functionality of the App.
Account Information: We collect the email address, user ID, and profile picture of your Google account for user authentication and account management.
Household Data: Information regarding income, expenses, fixed costs, and lifestyle provided by the user. These are used solely for simulations and generating improvement recommendations.
Usage Data: Frequency of app usage, session duration, feature usage history, and performance data.
Device Information: IP address, device type, OS version, language settings, and time zone.
When using the premium features of the App, the user makes payments through in-app purchases (payment systems of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The Service provider retains information regarding the success of the payment and the subscription expiration date (including anonymous identifiers provided by the payment platform) to manage the scope of the premium features. Please note that sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers, is not stored on the Service provider’s servers.
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
Provision and Operation of the App: To provide features such as subscription management, expenditure aggregation, payment alert notifications, performance score calculations, and payment simulations.
User Authentication: For user identification and verification.
Service Improvement and Development: To analyze usage data to improve functionality and usability.
Security: For troubleshooting and security measures.
Marketing and Statistical Data: To create statistical data that does not identify specific individuals by combining attributes and usage data. Such data may be provided to third parties, such as subscription service providers, for market research and service quality improvement (see “3. Sharing and Provision of Information to Third Parties”).
Economic Trend Matching: To provide optimized simulations and improvement actions by matching collected household data with publicly available economic trend data.
Management of Premium Features and Payments: To verify usage rights for paid services (premium features) and to manage the user’s current subscription status.
The Service will not provide personally identifiable information to third parties without the user’s prior consent, except in the following cases:
a) Provision of Statistical Data: We may process information into statistical data that cannot identify individuals and provide it to third parties.
b) Outsourcing: We may provide necessary information to trusted third parties (e.g., cloud service providers) for development, operation, data storage, and analysis, under strict safety management instructions.
c) Legal Requirements: Disclosure may be made as required by law or to protect life, body, or property, to the extent permitted by law.
This App uses Google account authentication (Firebase Authentication) but does not access, scan, or store the content of your emails via the Gmail API, nor does it access data from your Google Drive.
Uninstalling the App: Usage data collection from the device stops immediately upon uninstallation.
Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of data stored on our servers by using the account deletion feature within the App or by contacting us via the inquiry window below. Please note that uninstalling the App does not automatically delete cloud-based data.
We retain user data for as long as the user utilizes the App and within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purposes. Upon an account deletion request or long-term inactivity, data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian discovers that a child has provided information without permission, please contact us via the window below.
We take appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative security measures, such as data encryption (SSL/TLS) and access restrictions, to prevent the loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized access of user information.
This Policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be notified within the App or through other appropriate channels. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Automatic Renewal: Premium features are automatically renewed unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via their Apple ID or Google Account settings.
